We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the Twin Elms Estate, a historical property, intended to become a hotel-spa and event space. This strategic acquisition further strengthens Carner Development Group’s presence in the East Aurora market and aligns with our commitment to provide exceptional and unique experiences.
The Twin Elms Estate, located at 1196 East Main Street in East Aurora, is an 80-acre property currently housing Cardea Health Spa, which will continue to host services for the next year under a lease agreement, allowing for a seamless transition as we begin our renovations. The property’s existing charm and picturesque setting make it an ideal location for a boutique hotel-spa and event venue.
The property boasts spacious grounds, of which 60 acres are partially designated as a land conservancy, ensuring its natural beauty will remain untouched. This space will not be built upon and will be used for riding, hiking, and skiing trails, offering guests opportunities for outdoor recreation.
The acquisition marks CDG’s third commercial investment in East Aurora, reinforcing our commitment to the village’s revitalization. We are committed to working closely with the community and local stakeholders to ensure the successful transformation of The Twin Elms Estate. Further updates on the renovation and opening timeline will be released in the future.
